Releasing Meditation:

This meditation helps you release that which you DO NOT want in your life, in order to open yourself up to receive that which you do want!

 

This is a very powerful meditation!

We've all heard the phrase "nature abhors a vacuum" right? How can we possibly be open to the good that is our divine birthright when we're clinging on to limiting beliefs or negative relationships or situations?



When I first got the idea for this meditation I used it for myself to release a relationship that was not serving me. I was in a one-sided relationship where the other person did not reciprocate my love. So I wanted to release the relationship, and attract a loving, supportive relationship.



Three days after I did this meditation, I met the man who is now my husband!



We've been happily married for five years now!

"Dissolving Pain" Meditation

I created this meditation because I used to suffer from extreme, debilitating menstrual cramps. I used this meditation to dissolve the pain.

I also found this meditation to be helpful if I feel a "cold" coming on. If I do this meditation at the first signs of symptoms, I don't end up getting sick!

If you suffer from any kind of physical pain, I'd invite you to work with this meditation. It's also great to use if you suffer from cold or flu as well!

Meditation for Receiving Answers

 

This is a meditation I use for getting answers when I'm stuck. I believe we all have Divine Intelligence but sometimes we block ourselves from the answers. We're our own worst enemy!

As a writer, I will use this meditation if I'm stuck on what to "write" next.

I've also used this meditation if I have to make some kind of decision and I'm not sure...or if I'm seeking direction in some area of my life.

This meditation helps you connect with that Divine Wisdom and come up with the answers that are there within you already!

I try to do this meditation nightly. Although, now I don't listen to the mp3, I am used to doing the meditation without the audio.

I remember a famous spiritual teacher once said something like "the best prayer you could ever say is one of gratitude."
